How To Cancel My Account

We appreciate your business with us and we are sorry to see you go. 

Cancelling your account must be done through your client account area for security reasons. 
* Login to http://www.perrinweb.com/clientarea.php
* Click Services > My Services (on the drop-down menu)
* Click the arrow next to VIEW DETAILS to the far-right of the service you'd like to cancel
* Click REQUEST CANCELLATION 

*** Please note that cancelling your hosting deletes all files, emails, images, etc. on your website, so you'll need to be sure you have a backup should you ever need these files in the future.

Instructions on backing up your site via cPanel can be found at the following link. This is something that you'd need to do on your end. It will create a file that you'll download and save to your computer:

Please be sure to cancel all subscription payment plans you may have setup through PayPal or 2Checkout, if applicable.
