Why isn't my invoice paid with my on-file method?

In order for one-off invoices (including SSL, dedicated IP and domain renewals) to be paid automatically, you must have a credit card on file -or- setup a PayPal billing agreement.  We cannot use your PayPal or 2Checkout subscriptions to pay these one-off accounts.
